What is Fairmus?

Fairmus is a fair-trade music streaming service. Your subscription fee is distributed only to the artists you actually listen to, counted by the second — so your money supports the music you love.

How much does Fairmus cost?

Fairmus Subscription is 4.99€/month and starts with a 1 month free trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Where can I download the Fairmus app?

Fairmus is available on the App Store and Google Play. You can also visit fairmus.com for direct download links.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel directly in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription period. For help, email us at support@fairmus.com.

Can I get a refund?

You have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of activation, provided you haven't used the service. To request a refund or withdrawal, contact us at support@fairmus.com. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your Fairmus account, please email us at support@fairmus.com from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion.

How is my subscription money distributed to artists?

Fairmus uses a user-centric model: your monthly fee is split only between the artists you actually listened to during that month, proportionally to your listening time (counted by the second). Artists you don't listen to don't get any of your money.

I'm an artist — how can I upload my music?

Uploading music to Fairmus costs 4.99€ + VAT per song. Sign up at fairmus.com/artist to get started. There's no gatekeeping — independent artists are welcome.

I found my song on Fairmus but I didn't upload it. What do I do?

If you own the performer rights to a song on Fairmus, you can claim them. Visit fairmus.com/artist or email support@fairmus.com and we'll help verify your rights.
